Booking is simple and takes less than 2 minutes. You have three options:

• Online: Visit mycarpenter.online, choose your service, pick a date and time slot, enter your address, and confirm. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation immediately.
• WhatsApp: Send 'Hi' to our WhatsApp number +91 81233 62007. Our booking assistant will guide you through choosing a service, picking a slot, and confirming your address.
• Call us: Call or WhatsApp +91 81233 62007 directly during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM; Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM).

Payment for your booked services is required at the time of booking — via UPI or online payment gateway. Cash is not accepted.

If the carpenter recommends additional services during the visit, those can be added on the spot and paid via UPI at the time of service. Cash is not accepted even for on-site additions.

We take safety very seriously — especially since our carpenters enter your home.

Every MyCarpenter carpenter goes through a mandatory onboarding process:

• Police Verification Certificate (PVC): every carpenter has a government-issued police verification certificate from their local Bengaluru police station.
• Aadhaar and PAN verification: identity documents are collected and verified before onboarding.
• In-person interview and skills assessment: we evaluate carpentry skills through a trial job before any carpenter is listed on our platform.
• MyCarpenter ID card: every carpenter carries a photo ID card on all visits.

MyCarpenter is operated by Designs Palette Development Solutions LLP — a legally registered LLP. This means our processes are documented and accountable in a way that individual or unregistered carpenters are not.

No. MyCarpenter publishes its complete rate card on the website — every service has a fixed price that you see before booking. There are no hidden charges, no inflated material charges, and no surprises.

Your total consists of:

• Service charge: the fixed price for the specific service(s) booked (e.g., TV Wall Mount 32-55 inch = Rs. 399).
• Visit charge: Rs. 99 per visit, waived for AMC subscribers.

The exact amount for your booked services is shown and confirmed before payment is made at booking. For any additional services the carpenter recommends on-site, you will be informed of the price and asked to approve before any work begins. On-site additions are paid via UPI at the time of service.

Note: Materials (furniture, brackets, curtain rods, etc.) are not included and must be arranged by the customer. Small consumables like rawl plugs and wall anchors are included in the service price.

MyCarpenter currently serves two areas in Bengaluru:

• Kannamangala (adjacent to Seegehalli)

If any issue directly related to our carpenter's work appears within 30 days of the job being completed, we will return and fix it at no charge.

What is covered: installation failures (shelf falling, mount loosening), alignment issues, hinge or channel problems that recur after our repair.

What is not covered: new damage caused by the customer, wear and tear unrelated to the service, or issues caused by unsuitable wall types or materials supplied by the customer.
