If he spots something extra that needs attention, he tells you the price upfront — you approve, he does it, you pay via UPI on the spot. Payment is fully prepaid via UPI or Razorpay — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or credit/debit cards. Cash is not accepted for booking or on-site additions. This keeps everything documented and protects both you and our carpenters.

Q. How quickly can a carpenter reach me?
For standard bookings, we need at least 4 hours' notice — most slots are filled within 24 hours. AMC Premium and Elite subscribers get priority 2-hour booking on urgent requests, subject to carpenter availability in the zone.
Q. What if I'm not sure what service I need?
WhatsApp a photo of the issue to +91 81233 62007. We'll recommend the right service from our rate card and confirm the price before you book. No estimate calls, no awkward home visits — just a clear answer on WhatsApp.
Q. What if the carpenter recommends more work after he arrives?
He'll tell you the exact price upfront. You approve, he does it, you pay the additional amount via UPI on the spot. If you don't want the extra work, he just completes the original booking — no pressure, no upselling pressure.
Q. Do you bring materials, or do I need to arrange them?
Materials (hinges, brackets, locks, hardware) are arranged by you. We'll tell you exactly what's needed before the visit so nothing delays the job. Small consumables like rawl plugs and wall anchors are included in the service price. On request, we can source materials for you and add the cost to the bill.
Q. Can I cancel or reschedule after booking?
Yes — reschedule for free up to 2 hours before the slot via WhatsApp. Cancellations more than 2 hours before slot get a full refund. Same-day cancellations are charged the ₹99 visit fee (the carpenter has already been dispatched).
Q. What if I'm just outside the service zone?
We currently serve Seegehalli and Kannamangala. If you're near the border, WhatsApp us your address — we can sometimes accommodate adjacent locations with a small extra travel charge. We're expanding monthly; send your area and we'll notify you at launch.
