MyCarpenter is a service platform operated by DPDS LLP that connects customers with verified carpenters for home services including repairs, installations, and renovation work.

2. Scope of Services

We provide access to carpentry services including furniture assembly, door repairs, modular kitchen work, installations, and general carpentry services. The exact scope is defined at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Service Delivery

• Customers can book services through our website or WhatsApp.
• A time slot will be assigned based on availability.
• The assigned carpenter may contact you before arrival.
• Service completion timelines may vary depending on job complexity.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed upfront wherever applicable.
• Additional charges may apply for extra work.
• Materials may be charged separately.
• Payment must be made after service.

5. 30 Day Guarantee

We offer a limited 30 day service guarantee for workmanship issues. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or third party changes.

6. Liability

MyCarpenter acts as a service platform and is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or pre-existing conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction is Bengaluru.
