Terms Common to All Plans
- Service zone: Seegehalli & Kannamangala, Bengaluru
- Service hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily
- Plan validity: 12 months from activation date
- Payment: Prepaid via UPI or Razorpay (credit/debit card, netbanking). No cash.
- Materials & hardware: To be arranged by customer (we'll advise on what's needed before the visit)
- Booking notice: Minimum 4 hours' advance notice for all bookings
- Cancellation: Full refund within 7 days if no service used. 75% refund after 7 days. Pro-rata refund once services begin. No refund after 6 months.
- Renewal: No auto-renewal. We'll send a WhatsApp reminder 30 days before expiry.
- Carry-forward: Unused free visits don't carry forward to renewal.
- Excluded services: Custom furniture, modular kitchens, and large interior projects are handled separately by Designs Palette Development Solutions LLP.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What counts as a "free service visit"?
Any single service from our published rate card — hinge replacement, drawer repair, shelf install, door alignment, lock fitting, and so on. One job per visit. If you need multiple repairs in the same visit, the first is free (AMC) and additional items are charged at your AMC discount (10% off).
Q. Do I have to pay for materials separately?
Yes. The AMC covers labour and visit charges. Hardware, brackets, hinges, screws, polish, and similar materials are charged at cost (with 10% off the standard price on Elite). We'll always tell you the material cost before starting work.
Q. What if your carpenter's work fails within a month?
We come back and fix it at no charge — and that return visit does NOT count against your free-visit balance. Our 30-day workmanship guarantee covers any defect directly attributable to our work.
Q. Can I gift an AMC to my parents or share with a relative?
The AMC is tied to one customer at one address. It's non-transferable. But you can absolutely subscribe on behalf of your parents — register their address and number, and they're set.
Q. What if I move out of the service zone?
Let us know within 7 days. If we expand to your new area during your plan period, we'll continue serving you. If not, we'll issue a pro-rata refund on unused visits.
